Merdis Virginia Mickenheim

Merdis Virginia Mickenheim passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2017, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 79.  She was born on Wednesday, July 7, 1937 to the late Virginia Booth and the late William Robertson.  She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Merdis is survived by her daughter, Nancy  Mickenheim; sons, Gerald E. Sticker, and Ted A. Sticker and his wife Maria, sister, Iris Matthews, grandchildren, Spencer Sticker and his wife Amanda, Chelsea Bourgeois and her husband Sparky, Kody Sticker and his wife Rebecca, Brittany Willie, and Logan Sticker, and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Robertson; mother, Virginia Booth; husband, Larry James Mickenheim; First Husband, Gerald H. Sticker; and brothers, James and Douglas Robertson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Monday, June 19, 2017 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm.  Visitation will resume on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 9:00 am until the Funeral Service at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow in Sticker Cemetery.
