Melinda Ann Germany Hedgcoth

Melinda Ann (Germany) Hedgcoth, 61, was born on March 28,1961, in Laurel, MS to the late Burnace Earl Germany and Evelyn (Wood) Germany.Melinda passed away at her home in Tickfaw, LA on Saturday, May 28,2022.  

She is survived by her partner, William Barron; daughters,Amanda (Corey) White, Kim (Derrick) Hernandez; step daughter, Trisha (Jim)Carson; grandchildren, Logan, Naomi, Baileigh, and Jaymie White, Abigail andAndrew Hernandez, and Kayla and Bella Carson; siblings, Kay (Tim) Herrington andJamey (LaVonda) Germany; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.  In addition to her parents, Melinda ispreceded in death by her two brothers, Burnace Steven Germany and Billy EarlGermany. 

Visitation will be held at Harry McKneely Funeral Home, 2000North Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Friday, June 3, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. untilservices at 11:00 a.m.  Cremation will follow services.
