Matilda "Tilly" LeBlanc Cutrer, age 85 of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, died peacefully on Saturday, January 11, 2020, at Richard Murphy Hospice House. She was born on Thursday, February 15, 1934, in Ponchatoula, the daughter of the late Jules LeBlanc and the late Edna Holland Cobia.
She was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and Alter Society.
Tilly was a devoted wife of 51 years to the late Robert "Bobby" Cutrer and loving mother to her 4 daughters and sons-in-law, Robin and Andrew St. Cyr, Kim and James Nugent, Brenda and Scott Cassels, and Alyson and Anthony Lapuma Jr. She was also a doting Grandma to 6 grandchildren, Marti Guillory, Amanda Rodriguez, Tiffany Varos, Dwight Wilson, Jason Cassels, Keri Hartsell, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter. She is also survived by her sister, Georgia Clofort, and special friend, Edward "Punk" Mitchell.
She was preceded in death by her, sisters, Hazel LeBlanc and Kitty  Navarre.
Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula , 100 W. Magnolia St. Ponchatoula, Louisiana, on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The Alter Society will be praying the Rosary at 5:30 pm Tuesday in the funeral home chapel. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ponchatoula, Â from 9:00 am until the Mass of Christian Burial begins at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow in the Ponchatoula Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Richard Murphy Hospice House.
