Mary Costanza Perrin

Mary Costanza Perrin, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the age of 82. She was born on Sunday, December 14, 1941, in Amite, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Philip & Lucy Costanza. Mary was a graduate of Amite High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. She worked for Bell South for 31 years. Mary enjoyed gardening, baking, and volunteering, but most of all she loved being a Grand-Ma.

Mary is survived by her husband of 51 years, Ignace "Iggie" A. Perrin Jr.; sons, Mark Philip Perrin & partner Gina M. Rivolo, and Todd Mason Perrin; step-children, Ignace "Iggy" A. Perrin III & wife Christine “Christy” Perrin and Deborah "Debbie" Vegh & husband Stephen "Steve" Vegh; grandchildren, Jennifer V. Drennan & husband Sean Drennan, Ignace "Iggy" A. Perrin IV & wife Caroline Perrin, Jonathan "Johnny" Vegh, Nicholas "Niko" Perrin, Madison G. Turcotte, Julianna Marie Perrin, Wyatt Mason Perrin, Braidyn Ashleigh Perrin, and Paisley Mary Perrin; brother, Salvador "Sonny" Costanza; sister-in-law, Cindy Costanza of Okmulgee, OK; nieces, Malissa Costanza, Jessica Costanza, and Candice Piediscalzo; and nephews, Brian Costanza and Caleb Costanza.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Paige Marie Paquay; siblings, Louis Costanza, Virginia Fisher, and Laura Costanza; brother and sisters-in-law, Leroy "Lee" & Doris "Dot" Perrin, and Lynette Costanza.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Albert Catholic Student Center, 409 W Dakota St., Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at 11:00 am, with Fr. Carlos Salas officiating & a reception immediately following.
