Mary Grace Bravata

Mary Grace Bravata, of Independence, Louisiana, passed away at Lallie Kemp Hospital on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at the age of 78. She was born on November 11, 1941, in Independence, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Charles and Rose Bravata. After being a beautician for many years, she was employed by Goudchaux's in Baton Rouge for over 30 years.

Mary Grace is survived by her brother, Joseph "Joe John" Bravata, sister-in-law, Philomena Bravata; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary Grace was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Rose Catalanotto Bravata; four brothers, Nick and wife Antoinette, Sam "Red", Dominick and wife Mary, and Vincent, who died as a toddler; two sisters, Annie Bravata Johnson and husband Russel, and Josephine Bravata Caldorera and husband Tony.

A Graveside Service will be held at Colonial Cemetery, Highway 51 in Independence, Louisiana on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 11:00 am.
