Mary Ann Dorsa Calderone

Mary Ann Dorsa Calderone passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 82.  She was born on Sunday, October 20, 1940 in Independence, Louisiana to the late Corine Gimalva Dorsa and the late Dominick Dorsa.  She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Mary Ann is survived by her sons, Vince Calderone, Dominick Calderone, Jr. and his wife, Melanie, and Anthony Calderone, Sr. and his wife, Sherri; grandchildren, Vince Calderone, Jr. and his wife, Dana, Mary Carol Calderone Hebert and her husband, Joey, Brittany Calderone Curtis and her husband, Colby, Dominick Calderone III and his girlfriend, Dominique, Heather Bell and her husband, Wayne, Anthony "A.J." Calderone, Jr. and his wife, Bridget, and Joseph Calderone; great-grandchildren, Blake Calderone, Bryce Calderone, Olivia Grace Hebert, Chloe Curtis, Dominick Calderone IV, Mia Bell, Gracie Bell, Warren Bell, Gabriel Bell, Jackson Calderone, and Adalynn Calderone; sister, Phyne Gambino; brother-in-law, Tony Calderone and his wife, Linda; sisters-in-law, Francis Lemay, Pearl, and Debbie; the mother of Vince's children, Terri Sutton; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Mary Ann is also preceded in death by her husband, Dominick Calderone, Sr.; and her brother, Johnny Dorsa.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Thursday, April 6, 2023, beginning at 9:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Cemetery, Tickfaw, Louisiana.
