Marlie Johnson Cutrer

Marlie Johnson Cutrer passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 92. She was born on Saturday, April 6, 1929 in Independence, Louisiana to the late Hattie Johnson and the late Leslie Allen Johnson. She was a resident of Independence, Louisiana. Marlie was a retired state employee since 1984. She was a member of Shady Grove Church, Amite.

Marlie is survived by her nephew, Tim Johnson (Colinda), niece, Donna Jean Bourgeois (Ricky), nephew, Joe Lupo (Paula), Jr., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dedrick Cutrer, Jr.; father, Leslie Allen Johnson; mother, Hattie Johnson; siblings, Clyde, Johnnie and Carl Johnson, and nephew, Alan Johnson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022, 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

Interment will follow in Bankston Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.
