Marjorie Sullivant Lindsay Richard

Marjorie Sullivant Lindsay Richard passed away on Friday December 3, 2021. A native of Ponchatoula, LA, Mrs. Richard was a retired teacher in the EBR Parish School System, member of the Baton Rouge chapter of the DAR, and Eastern Star Lodge Nova Stella Chapter in Ponchatoula, and the Broadmoor Baptist Church in Baton Rouge. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Hubert C. Lindsay, Sr., and her second husband, Carlisle S. Richard.  She is survived by a son, Pete Lindsay (Cathie) of Madisonville, LA, Grandchildren Bryan Lindsay (Elizabeth) of Baton Rouge, Stephanie Lindsay Stout (Brad) of Indianapolis, IN, and Heather Lindsay Whiddon (Adam), of Central, LA. Also by great-grandchildren Sarah Lindsay, John Lindsay, and Myles Whiddon.  Also a niece, Anne S. Mannina of Dobbin, TX; and nephews Mike Sullivant of Gun Barrel City, TX and Pat Sullivant of Tyrone, GA.  Services will be private. The family asks that memorials be directed to the Broadmoor Baptist Church, or your favorite charity.
