Marilyn Domiano Bentivegna

Marilyn Domiano Bentivegna, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away at North Oaks Medical Center on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at the age of 74. She was born on August 22, 1946, in Bogalusa, Louisiana, the daughter of the late Robert Edwards and Rosa Lee White Edwards.

Marilyn is survived by her daughters, Regina Bennett (James), Elizabeth Simms (William), Lisa Perrin (Dale), and Phyllis D. Martin (Daryl); grandchildren, Jamie, Brian, Gary, Tilon, Noah, Hannah, Victoria, Emily-Kate, Lindsey, and Kendal; 11 great grandchildren; sisters, Mavis Beasley, Glenda Gayle Bennett, and Deborah Rowell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by first husband and the father of her daughters, Phillip Domiano, second husband, Peter L. Bentivegna, granddaughter, Amy Lynn Bennett, brother, Robert Edwards, Jr., and sister, Barbara Louge.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Saturday, October 17, 2020 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am.

A Funeral Service will be held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond, on Saturday at 11:00 am, with Pastor Josh Hood officiating.

Entombment will follow at Pompeii Cemetery in Tickfaw, Louisiana.
