Marie Pauline Rusciano

Marie Pauline Rusciano passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2024, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 91. She was born on Friday, October 27, 1933 in Hammond, Louisiana to the late Annie Danna Rusciano and the late Ben Rusciano. She was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana. Marie was a lifelong member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters for many years. She was very active in the community, participating in things like the Ladies' Lion's Club and playing pokeno every month with her group. She was loved by all, and will be remembered as a kind and sweet soul. Marie will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Marie is survived by her cousin, who she loved like a daughter, Denise Silessi Barrett and her husband, James; Denise's children, who Marie loved as her grandchildren, Billy Ebarb, Amanda Ebarb Gordon(Barry), and Amy Ebarb; her great-grandchildren, who called her TuTu, Madeline Ebarb, Ethan Ebarb, Kendall Gordon, Rhett Gordon, and Skylynn Shonk; and numerous other cousins and family members, including the Silessi family, who she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ben Rusciano; mother, Annie Danna Rusciano; and brother, Phillip Rusciano.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, from 9:00 AM until 10:45 AM. Following the visitation, a funeral mass will be held at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 600 N Oak Street, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Rose Memorial Park Cemetery, Hammond, Louisiana.
