Margaret Ann Phelps Bushey

Margaret Ann Phelps Bushey passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 84.  She was born on Monday, May 10, 1937 in Burlington, Vermont to the late Forest and Marion Phelps.  She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Margaret is survived by her children, Keith Bushey, Dorothy Bushey, and Shannon Bushey (Michele); 9 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and her brother, Jim Phelps.

In addition to her parents, Margaret is preceded in death by her husband, Keith Reginald Bushey; daughter, Melynda Cote (Gary); and brothers, Bob Phelps, Pete Phelps, and Buster Phelps.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the graveside service at Sand Hill Cemetery, Highway 22 East, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Saturday, July 3, 2021 at 1 PM.
