Mabry James Parks Baham

Mabry James Parks Baham was born on Sunday, May 11, 1930, in Goodman, Mississippi. She was the daughter of the late Frances "Lucille" Allen Parks and James Herbert "J.H." Parks. Mabry entered her eternal heavenly home on June 24, 2019 after a battle with cancer. 

Mabry is survived by all three of her children, Jim Baham and his wife Dianne, David Harold Baham and Patricia Fussell and her husband John, her grandchildren, Mark Baham and his wife Cheryl, Kristy Fussell DeGruy and her husband John and Kevin Fussell and his wife Erin and her great grandchildren, Layne, Alana, Alyssa, Lily, Owen, Kailee and Abby. 

Mabry was preceded in death by her parents, James Herbert "J.H." Parks and Frances “Lucille" Allen Parks, her husband, Ed Baham and her sisters, Katherine and Genelle. 

Mabry believed "scripture is God's revelation to us to show us how to find peace (salvation); to show us His character; to show us how we should live and to show us that the best is yet to come"; John 14:13. 

Mabry will be waked at First Baptist Church of Ponchatoula, Louisiana on June 29, 2019 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with a memorial service at 11:00 am. Her son, Reverend Jim Baham, will officiate centering the message around several of her favorite scriptures beginning with Hebrews 11: 13-16. She will be laid to rest next to her husband Ed at Ponchatoula Cemetery in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. 

Mabry had a special place in her heart for missions. All gifts given in her memory to First Baptist Church of Ponchatoula designated for missions are greatly appreciated.
