Lynn Dephillips

Lynn DePhillips passed away on Friday, March 4, 2022, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 50.  He was born on Friday, July 9, 1971 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Joan Nichols DePhillips and the late Charles DePhillips.  He was a resident of Loranger, Louisiana. Lynn owned Brushy Branch Christmas Tree Farm and Pumpkin Patch. He was also known to have a mowing obsession and loved to fish. Lynn was also known for being a family man, and he always had a joke to make his friends and family laugh. Lynn loved and cared for his family very much.

Lynn is survived by his wife of 32 years, Natalie Matherne DePhillips; mother, Joan Nichols DePhillips; sons, Josh DePhillips (Morganne) and Trevor DePhillips; and grandchildren, Audrey, Luke, Elle, and Jules.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles DePhillips.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, beginning at 10:00 AM until the funeral service begins at 1:00 PM.

Interment will follow in Oak Grove Church of God Cemetery, Loranger, Louisiana.

The family asks that those who attend the services dress casual. Lynn was never a suit and tie guy.
