Lynn Augustus King, Jr.

Lynn Augustus King Jr. was born December 26th, 1961 in Marrero, Louisiana to parents Lynn King Sr. (deceased) and Elaine King. He passed away on December 31st, 2021.

He was a hard working boat captain, devoted father, loyal son, and the very best friend anyone could ask for. His goofiness and sarcasm was treasured by all who knew him. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles, working on a new project, studying history, or drinking the biggest cup of coffee.

He is survived by his two children: Lynn King III, Andria Dail (William), two grand children, Austin King, Brady King, sister Francis Klibert (Harold), sister Debra King (deceased), and best friend Laura Douglas, as well as many other cherished family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the memorial service at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 7040, on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at 1:00 PM.
