Lucille Hill

Lucille Hill of Ponchatoula was born on June 25th 1943 passed away peacefully on April 27th 2023. She loved her family and friends and was loved in return. Lucille was an active member of the Ponchatoula Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses for many decades. She enjoyed volunteering her time to teach people the Bible and give them a hope for the future. Her family and friends look forward to seeing her again happy and without suffering. She was dearly loved and will be missed.

She is survived by her 4 sons, Paul (Connie) Lamonte, Mike (Pat) Lamonte, Donnie (Denise) Lamonte Sr. and Tim (Carol) Fischer; 7 grand children, Logan Lamonte, Chris Lamonte, Brandt Lamonte, Jessica (Brent) DePhillips, Dominick Jr. (Erin) Lamonte, Connor Fischer, Jack Fischer; numerous great grandchildren; and sister, Janet Perricone.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elsie Hollingsworth Hill; father, Sidney R. Hill; and sisters, Doris Theard and Bernadette Dean.

A memorial service to celebrate Lucille Hill’s life will be held on Friday May 5, 2023 3:00 pm. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 41257 W I-55 Service Rd. Ponchatoula, LA 70454.
