Lucas Paul Williamson

Lucas Paul Williamson passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on Saturday, February 8, 2025, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 24. He was born on Wednesday, June 14, 2000, in Hammond, Louisiana to Christie Todora Williamson and Marc Williamson. 

Lucas is survived by his parents, Marc and Christie Williamson, brother Alan Williamson, sister-in-law Kayleigh and nieces Nora Kate and Callie Jo. He is also survived by his paternal grandfather Doug Williamson, maternal grandmother Gail Harper Todora, Aunts Dina Todora Kutch (Aaron), Teresa Todora Bartus (Chris) and Amy Williamson. His memory is also cherished by his cousins, Baylor, Alex, Elijah, Anna, Connor and Thomas 

He was preceded in death by: Maternal Grandfather Frank Todora Jr and Paternal Grandmother Nancy Kilcrease Williamson 

Lucas won the hearts of many with his big, beautiful eyes and charming smile. You could be sure to catch him wearing his crazy socks or making sweet eyes at the ladies. Despite his many challenges, he was the epitome of strength. Lucas loved watching movies and tv shows and being showered with love by his family. He especially enjoyed holidays and joyous occasions knowing that those he cherished most would be present. 

Lucas benefited from adventurous things like water and horse therapy. He attended school both in person and was home schooled, graduating from Ponchatoula High School, Class of 2019. Other accomplishments include being recognized as the poster prince for NOHS and United Way as well as the Poster Child for the TARC Annual Fundraiser. Once, during a hospital stay in New Orleans in fall of 2011, he had a special visit from three New Orleans Saints Football Players. On his journey through life, Lucas touched the lives of so many people. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Trinity Baptist Church, 42062 Pumpkin Center Road., Pumpkin Center, Louisiana 70403, on Monday, February 10, 2025, beginning at 4:00 PM until the funeral service begins at 6:00 PM.
