Linda A. Ralph was born November 5, 1944, in New Orleans, to the late Evans and Hazel Easley Trosclair. She passed away April 14, 2026, in Baton Rouge. Linda was a resident of Hammond, served as the Legislative Assistant for Senator J. Chris Ullo in the Louisiana State Senate, and was a parishioner of Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Hammond. She is survived by her daughters, Robin Rivers, and husband David, and Kelli Lambert, and husband, Randy; grandchildren, Evan Melancon, and wife, Haleigh, Bailey Messer, and husband, Tristan, Alyssa Rivers, Willis Rivers, and wife, Heather, Loralie Lambert, Collin Lambert, and Ella Lambert; and great grandchildren, Greer Melancon, Adalyn Fayard, and Aiden Rivers. In addition to her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Ralph; and brothers, Jack Adams and Shelton Adams. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at St. Margaret Catholic Church Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the American Stroke Association, 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75231.
