Leon Case Sr.

Leon Case Sr., of Tickfaw, Louisiana, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, April 25, 2025, at the age of 90. He was born on July 27, 1934, in Magnolia, Mississippi, the son of the late John Case and Annie Whittington Case. Leon worked for Dixie Motors and Bill Hood Nissan, Mazda, and Hyundai for 62 years.

Leon is survived by his daughter, Annie Bergeron (Danny); son, Leon Case Jr. (Lynn); three grandchildren, Kandi Novak (Brandon Mattingly), Kristen Case (John Castagnetta), Jarred Bergeron; four great grandchildren, Liam, Chesli, Graham, and Emilio; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Leon was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Amerson Case; grandson, Kristopher Leon Case; great granddaughter, Lyla; and nine brothers and sisters.

Family and friends will be received at First Baptist Church of Tickfaw, 14342 Hwy 442, on Friday, May 2, 2025 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am with a Funeral Service at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at First Baptist Church Cemetery of Tickfaw.
