Larry Thomas Daughtry

Larry Thomas Daughtry passed away on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at the age of 75. He was born on Sunday, February 4, 1945, in Jacksonville, Florida. Larry was a resident of Loranger, Louisiana.

Larry is survived by his wife, Margaret Daughtry; son, Michael Harper and his wife Beth; 2 daughters, Debbie Schaerer and her husband David, and Patricia Simmons; grandchildren, Kayla Harper, Samantha Canella and her husband Bryan, Erica Straughan and Christopher Straughan; great-grandchildren, Kaityln Gill and Taylor Gill; and siblings Sandra, Jean, Janet, JoAnne, Steve and Carol.  

He was preceded in death by his parents, Napoleon and Vernie Daughtry; grandchildren, Angel Gill and Joshua Simmons; and brother, Joe.

Visitation for Family and Friends will be on Saturday, October 31, 2020 from 10:00 am until the Funeral Service begins at 1:00 pm at Harry McKneely and Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401.

Interment will follow at Loranger Community Cemetery in Loranger, Louisiana.
