Kenan Philip Bel Lips

Kenan Philip Bel Lips, of Ball, Louisiana, passed away at Rapides Regional Medical Center on Monday, August 29, 2022, at the age of 36. He was born on September 10, 1985, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. One of Kenan's favorite activities was going out with his dad to get an Icee and fries. Moments like these are cherished and Kenan is missed dearly.

Kenan is survived by his parents, Laura Bel Lips and Randy Scott Lips; brothers, Tyson Lips (Dana), Evan Lips (Courtney), Aaron Lips (Honea), and Joel Duncan (Jenny); nieces and nephews, Kylee, Isaiah, Claire, Emma, Audra, Landon, and Landry Bel Lips, Jordan Cochran (Taylor), and Jennah Felder (Hunter); and numerous aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carroll and Maymie Vasek Lips, and Douglas, Jr. and Carolyn Ann Conrad Bel.

Family and friends will be received at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 707 W. Dakota St., Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Saturday, September 10, 2022 for visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, and a memorial service at 11:00 am.

A reception will be held immediately following the service at the church.

His final resting place will be Rose Memorial Park Mausoleum in Hammond, Louisiana.
