Katina Maria Smith

Katina Maria Smith, of Chalmette, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023, at the age of 50. She was born on May 11, 1973, in Marrero, Louisiana.

Katina is survived by her mother and step father, Karla and David Comardelle; daughter, Mikayla Heaney; son, Dylan Abadie; grandchildren, Blaze, Elliana, and Malachi Heaney; brother, Earl Smith, Jr.; nephew, Connor Smith; and niece, Cambre Smith. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Kelli Summer Ford and Laura McGraw for their lasting friendships with Katina.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
