Julius J. Klos, Jr.

Julius was born March 25, 1926 in New Orleans, LA to the late Julius J. Klos, Sr., and Jeanne Lamaude Klos.  He passed away December 29, 2020, in Hammond, LA at the age of 94.  A former resident of New Orleans, Julius was a 25 year resident of Hammond. He was the owner of Leftwich and Robinette Insurance Company, a World War II Army veteran, and a parishioner of Holy Ghost Catholic Church.  He is survived by his 3 sons, Don Klos (Renee), John Klos (Holly), and Jim Klos (Leslie); 3 grandchildren, Katherine Russell (Patrick), Matthew Klos, Zachary Klos (Felecia); and 2 great granddaughters, Georgia and Lila Russell.  Julius is preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Audrey Webre Klos.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 600 North Oak Street, Hammond,  Friday, January 8, 2021, celebrated by Father Cayet Mangiaracina, O.P.  Entombment will follow in Hope Mausoleum, New Orleans, LA.
