Joyce Devane Easley

Joyce DeVane Easley, 84, of Holden, Louisiana passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022, at her Home in Holden.  She was born September 13, 1937, in Greensburg.  Joyce was a member of Happy Woods Church of God and was a retired first grade teacher at Albany Elementary School.  She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority.  Joyce is survived by her son, Brian Easley, and fiancée Alicia; sisters, Betty White, and David, and Shirley DeVane; half-brother, Mike Alford, and wife Johnnie; granddaughter, Sarah Prokop, and her husband Josh; and an awaited great grandson, Lawson Wade Prokop.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Monroe Easley; son, Edwin Easley; and sister, Mary Alice Houston.  Visitation will be held at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Sunday, September 11, 2022, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. A Delta Kappa Gamma service will be held at 1:45 p.m. followed by religious services at 2:00 p.m. conducted by Rev.
