Joshua Scott Simmons

Joshua Scott Simmons passed away on Friday, March 29, 2019, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 22.  He was born on Thursday, November 21, 1996 in Houma, Louisiana. He was a resident of Loranger, Louisiana.

Joshua is survived by his mother, Patricia Simmons; sister, Samantha Canella (Bryan); grandparents Margaret and Larry Daughtry; uncle, Michael Harper (Beth); aunt, Debbie Schaerer (David); nephew, Taylor Gill; niece, Kaitlyn Gill; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jeffrey Simmons and his sister, Angel Simmons Gill.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 10:00 am until the Funeral Service begins at 1:00 pm.  

Interment will follow at Loranger Community Cemetery in Loranger, Louisiana.
