Joseph Salvador Pellichino

Joseph Salvador Pellichino, of Walker, Louisiana, passed away at his residence surrounded by family on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at the age of 81. He was born on Saturday, October 11, 1941, in Hammond, Louisiana.
Joe was an automobile mechanic, he was always a nice guy who never met a stranger.

Joseph is survived by his wife of 53 years, Iola "Jean" Pellichino; daughter, Stephanie Pellichino Smith, son, Chad Joseph Pellichino; grandson, Parker James Smith; brothers, Guy Pellichino (Kathy), Sal "Jr." Pellichino (Rita) and Ronnie Gene Pellichino, his cousin who he considered his brother, Anthony Trippi (Arlene).

He was preceded in death by his parents, Salvador and Jennie Trippi Pellichino; his sister and brother-in-law, Josie Pellichino Penzato and Sam Penzato.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. 
A Funeral Service will be held at Funeral Home Chapel - Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, Louisiana on Saturday at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.
