Joseph Locicero Jr., age 90, of Hammond, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2019. The Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd., Hammond, Louisiana from 11:00 am until the Funeral Service begins at 1:00. Interment will follow at Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home.
