Johnny Alton Price

Johnny Alton Price was born July 29, 1969, in Baton Rouge, LA, and passed away March 19, 2025, in Hammond, LA. He was a resident of Tickfaw, LA. Johnny worked in several local plants as an operator. He loved the outdoors, fishing, crabbing, crawfishing, hunting, and cooking. He enjoyed entertaining family and friends. In his earlier years, Johnny played drums in his church. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Evonne “Liz” Price, children, Christina Lipscomb (Ethan), Amber Price, Thomas “T.J.” Price, Bridget Price and Blake Ribando; siblings, Thomas Price, Chrissy Price, Tiffany Price, and Shaun Price; grandchildren, Caroline Lipscomb, Carter Lipscomb, Asher Lipscomb, Ford Broussard, Arizona Price, Zander Clark, Christian Harbin, and Aurora Harbin; brothers in law and sisters in law, Tim and Wanda Anthony, Reese “Frog” and Betty Howell, Angie Howell, Jerry and Deonna Howell, an numerous nieces and nephews including his special nephew, Sal Campise. Visiting will be at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 North Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Monday, March 24, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Johnny will be laid to rest in Howell Cemetery.
