Johnny Lamar Jones Sr.

Johnny Jones passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2019 at the age of 69.  He was born on Thursday, April 28, 1949 in Independence, Louisiana.  Johnny was a resident of Tickfaw, Louisiana.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Donna Jones, brother, Gene Jones, daughter, Tonya Jones Westmoreland (Eddie), daughter, Kim Jones Prather (Rayford), son, Johnny Jones Jr., grandchildren, Brooklyn Westmoreland, Austin & Ashton Prather, Bryce & Brandt Jones.

He was preceded in death by his father, John R. Jones; mother, Catherine Miller Jones; brother, Philip Wayne "Tiny" Jones, sister, Wilma Kaye Bryant & half-brother, John Rudolph "Rudy" Jones .

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Little River Pentecostal Church, 1105 LA Hwy 442, Tickfaw, Louisiana 70466, on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 12:00 - 2:00 pm, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Little River Pentecostal Church Cemetery, Tickfaw, Louisiana.
