John Jason Fuscia lost his battle with cancer on Thursday, June 24, 2021, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 46. Â He was born on Thursday, April 3, 1975 in Hammond, Louisiana to J.P Ballard and Marie Fuscia. He was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

John is survived by his devoted mother, Marie Fuscia.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Oliver and Katie Fuscia; his dad, J.P. Ballard.
