Joann W. Jones

JoAnn W. Jones passed away on Thursday, March 22, 2018, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana, at the age of 79.  She was born on Monday, September 26, 1938 in Tickfaw, Louisiana to the late Lizzie Paxton Woodall and the late Claiborne Woodall.  She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

JoAnn is survived by her children, Jodale Jones, Sandra Buzzetta and her husband Terry, Kim Cordano and her husband Ted, Tim Addison and Janie St. Romain, Carroll Mark Addison and his wife Barbara, and Carey W. Addison and his wife Tammie; siblings, Carroll Woodall and Pat Fuller and his wife Valerie; daughter-in-law, Helen Addison; grandchildren, Stephen, Stacy, Carey, Sommer, Alan, Eric, Sean, Shannon, Kaleigh, Rodney, Rylen, Taylor, Caitlyn, Teddy, and Laytyn; 14 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Claiborne and Lizzie Paxton Woodall; first husband, Carey W. Addison, Jr.; husband , Dale Robert Jones; daughter, Sherry Lynn Jones; brother, Charles Woodall; sister, Mamie Durand; and sister-in-law, Peggy Woodall.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Sunday, March 25, 2018 from 10:00 am until the Funeral Service at 2:00 pm.  

Interment will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
