Jason Lee Price

Jason Lee Price, a decorated veteran of the Iraq War, passed away on August 25, 2024, at the age of 46. Born on January 11, 1978, Jason dedicated his life to serving his country and his loved ones with honor and courage.

Jason's bravery and dedication were evident during his time in the United States Army. His service in the Iraq War earned him numerous commendations, reflecting his unwavering commitment to his comrades and his nation. His experiences shaped him into a man of resilience and strength.

Beyond his military service, Jason was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his loving parents, Tamae and Ray Price; his sister Jenny Price; and his brother Jeremy Price. Jason's legacy of service and love will be cherished by all who knew him.

Jason will be remembered not only for his service to his country but also for the deep love and loyalty he showed to his family and friends. His memory will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him.

Services will be held in his honor at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home (2000 Morrison BLVD Hammond, LA 70401) on Saturday August 31 ,2024, with visitation from 11:00 AM until services begin at 1:00 PM. Entombment will follow at the Rose Memorial Park Cemetery (1300 Pecan St. Hammond, LA 70401). 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to veterans' organizations in Jason's memory.
