Janice Annette Beisly Williamson

Janice Annette Beisly Williamson passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 87. She was born on Wednesday, February 9, 1938 in Coffeyville, Kansas to the late Martha Beisly and the late Ralph Beisly. She was a resident of Loranger, Louisiana. Janice was a hard worker and was devoted to her family. She was a bus driver for over 20 years with Tangipahoa Parish School Board and the main helper on their farm. Whether working cattle, feeding calves, or hauling hay, Janice would always jump in to do whatever needed to get the chores done.

Janice is survived by her sons, Curt Williamson(Sherri), Chris Williamson, and Steve Williamson(Leilani); daughter-in-law, Tammy Williamson; grandchildren, Jenee Doolittle(Dion), Jana Whitson(Warren), Jared Williamson(Andrea), Steffani Gentry(Patrick), Katie Williamson, Ashley Williamson, Hannah Caruso(Devin), and Weston Williamson; and great-grandchildren, Brayden, Blake, Alex, Colby, Zach, Landon, Blaine, Mallory, Easton, Savannah, Caroline, Hudson, Grayson, Will, Georgia, Reagan, and Mateo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Williamson; son, Michael Williamson; granddaughter, Megan Williamson; father, Ralph Beisly; mother, Martha Beisly; step-mother, Inez Eck Beisly; sister, Marilyn Eck; and brothers, Gene Beisly and David Beisly.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Boulevard, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, beginning at 9:30 AM until the funeral service begins at 11:00 AM.

Interment will follow in Oak Grove Church of God Cemetery, Loranger, Louisiana.
