Janice Dunnington

Janice Dunnington passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023, in Loranger, Louisiana, at the age of 85. She was born on Sunday, January 16, 1938 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Myrtle  and Melvin G. Brunner Sr.  She was a resident of Loranger, LA.

Janice is survived by her sons, Richard (Lisa), Bruce, and Randall Dunnington, daughters, Rhonda D. Smith (Bobby) and Elizabeth Smalley (Paul), 9 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dunnington; parents, Myrtle and Melvin G. Brunner, Sr.; brother, Melvin Brunner, Jr.; son-in-law, Kenny McMichael; and grandchild, Rowdy Dunnington.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Hammond, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

Interment will follow in Lanier Cemetery, Loranger, Louisiana.
