Janice Fay Adams Boudreaux

Janice Fay Adams Boudreaux passed away on Friday, August 21, 2026, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 82. She was born on Sunday, September 12, 1943, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to the late Leroy and Lois Adams. She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Jan was known for her deep love and devotion to her family. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and sisters and was always there to care for anyone who needed her. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed playing Farkle. Jan’s home was the hub for morning coffee, good conversation, and plenty of laughter. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Felder (James) and Reni Wyche (Tim); grandchildren, Ryan Felder (Katy), Michael Felder (Brittney), Scott Felder (Ashley), Tony Wyche (Abbey), and Emily Wyche; great-grandchildren, Garrett, Thomas, Nora Kate, Addy Grace, Matthew, Lainey Jane, Walker, and Davis; sisters, Carolyn Adams, Judie Stout (John), Cheryl McCormick (Billy), and Vickie LeBlanc; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Jan was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Floyd F. Boudreaux, and her parents, Lois Fletcher Adams and Leroy L. Adams.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home - Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Saturday, August 29, from 9:00 am until the Funeral Service at 11:00 am, with Bro. Andy Stafford officiating.

Interment will follow in Ponchatoula Cemetery, Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
