Janet Sciortino Milazzo

Janet Sciortino Milazzo, age 77, a native and resident of Hammond, passed away Monday, June 20, 2022, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. She was born March 26, 1945, in Hammond.  She is survived by a son & daughter-in-law, Joseph and Margaret Milazzo, Jr.; daughters, Tammy Milazzo and Michelle Milazzo; sisters, Frances Mashon (Hulen), and Carol Gray (Jim); grandchildren, Rodney Randall, Jr., Kayla Davis (Matt), Ali Randall, Morganne DePhillips (Josh), and Joseph Milazzo III; great-grandchildren, Morgan Davis, Brock DeMars, Payzlee Davis, Luke Kling, Brinleigh Davis, Harper Gaudet, Elle DePhillips, and Audrey DePhillips.  She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Joseph Milazzo; parents, Charles and Annie Tallia Sciortino, brother, Joe Sciortino, and a sister, Phyllis Monistere.  Friends will be received Friday, June 24, 2022,  from 10:00 am until religious services at 12:00 pm at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 North Morrison Boulevard, Hammond.  Entombment will follow in Rose Memorial Park Mausoleum in Hammond, Louisiana.  An on-line guest book is available at www.harrymckneely.com.
