Jane Haynes Hardy

Jane Haynes Hardy, age 81, passed away August 27, 2021, at her home.  She was born in Glenco, MI, a daughter of John Haynes and Edith Muir (nee) Davenport).  Jane was a retired employee of Genuine Parts.  She was the beloved wife of Jody Hardy, Sr. for 48 years who preceded her in death July 2, 2003; the dear mother of Dorothy Roland Sullivan, Bonnie Hardy Savoy, and Jody Hardy, Jr. (Elizabeth); dear sister of Bell Brown; loving grandmother of Dennis Wade Roland, Shelley Lea Warren, Shannon Lee Hoke, Heather Hardy Hagan, Anita Dreyer, Theresa Hardy, Jody Hardy, III, and Jason Hardy.  Jane is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Jane is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Ruth Wardlawn, Ben Haynes, Mae Moore, John Haynes, Alice Moore, Nellie Kinneman, James Haynes, Violet Andolina, Leonard Haynes, Millie Lecocq; half-sister, Emma Bacon; and infants, Ivan, Clifford, and Samuel Haynes.  Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 North Morrison Boulevard, Thursday, September 9, 2021, after 10:00 a.m. until religious services at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel.
