James Brian Nemeth

James Brian Nemeth passed away on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, at the age of 64. He was born on Monday, July 24, 1961 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Viola Nemeth and the late James Julius Nemeth. He was a resident of Independence, Louisiana.

James is survived by his sons, Sean and James B. Nemeth, Jr.; mother, Viola Nemeth; sister, Patricia Ard (Jarrod); nieces and nephews, Shawnta Noyes, Samantha Wortham and Randy, Jr.; ex-wife, Kay Nemeth; and fur baby, Bandit.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Julius Nemeth; and brother, Randy Nemeth, Sr.

The immediate family will be having a private visitation.
