James Edward "Jimmy" Robinson

James Edward "Jimmy" Robinson passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 75.  He was born on Friday, August 29, 1941 in Blood River, Louisiana and was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

James is survived by his 2 sons; James "J.T." Robinson and his wife, Pam and Jeremy Robinson and his wife, Amy; sisters, Shirley Tate, Barbara Jenkins and her husband, Gary "Skip", Charlotte Lawson, Debbie Robinson, and Maurine "Joy" King and her husband, Rob.  Also survived by 4 grandchildren, Jerica, Tyler, Katie, and Trevor, 10 nieces & nephews, 14 great nieces & nephews, and 3 great, great nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jacqueline "Jackie" Seguin Robinson; parents, Orine Richardson Robinson and James "Dick" Robinson.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Ceremony in the chapel of Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at 1:00 pm, with Rev. Leo Miller officiating.  Visitation will begin at 9:00 am and continue until the service time of 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery, Springfield, Louisiana.
