Herbert O. Fernandez Iii

Herbert O. Fernandez III  passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, in Gramercy, Louisiana, at the age of 55. He was born on Monday, July 25, 1966 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to the late Betty Mae Waller and the late Herbert Fernandez Jr.. He was later raised by his step-mother Lucille Fernandez. He was a resident of Springfield, Louisiana.

 

Herbert is survived by his wife of 27years, Kelly Fernandez, daughter, Jaquelyn Halie Fernandez (26), son, Bret Austin Fernandez (23), son, Branden Cole Fernandez (22), grandson, Samuel M Villar (9), brother, Mickey Fernandez (53), sister Kristy Hope Fernandez (41),as well as his granddaughters, Jayden Ann (3) and Jessalyn May (4) Coats.

 

He was preceded in death by his father, Herbert  Fernandez, Jr.; mother, Betty Mae Waller; .

 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home -Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia St., Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 11:00 am.  Visitation will be held on Monday, October25, 2021, 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

 

Interment will follow in Louisiana National Cemetery, Zachary, Louisiana.
