Glenda Gene Barrett

Glenda Gene Barrett passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 in Tickfaw, Louisiana, at the age of 67.  She was born on Thursday, April 6, 1950 in Oceola, Arkansas to the late Elise Dodson Barron and the late Don Eugene Barron.  She was a resident of Tickfaw, Louisiana.

Glenda is survived by her daughter, Angie Schmitt; sons, Donny Schmitt and his wife Michelle, Brian Schmitt, and Kevin Schmitt and his wife Angela; grandchildren, Sydni, Brandon, Cameron, Colby, Joshua, Tyler, Chelsea, and Kellie; brothers, Gerald, Joey and Michael Barron; and sisters, Peggy Dechara and Linda Giovingo.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jim Barrett; father, Don Eugene Barron; mother, Elise Dodson Barron; and sister, Barbara Arnonne.
