Gianna Nell Bonfiglio

Gianna Nell Bonfiglio, of Hammond, Louisiana, passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021; she was one day old. She was born on Friday, November 5, 2021, at Woman's Hospital in Baton Rouge.

Our baby girl has touched so many lives in such a short amount of time. She was a fighter from the start, and continued fighting all the way until her last breath on this earth. The time that we shared with her was truly precious.

Fly high our little Angel.

Gianna is survived by her parents, Jordan and Bailey Barringer Bonfiglio, sister, Lottie Marie Bonfiglio, grandparents, Tracy and Scott Barringer, grandparents, Veronica and Mark Bonfiglio, great-grandparents, Sam and Pat Tallo, Peggy Barringer, Pete Clark and Lena Bonfiglio, aunts and uncles, Luke and Brooke Ingraffia, Brock Barringer, Jonathan and Mollie Bonfiglio, Joshua and Kristen Bonfiglio, and cousins Clark, Elsie Kate and Nathan Bonfiglio.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Brian Barringer, Nanny Nell Clark, and Johnnie Bonfiglio.

Family and friends will be received at St. Helena Catholic Church, 120 S. First St., Amite, Louisiana 70422 on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 8:30 am until 10:00 am. A Rosary will be said at the church between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.

A Funeral Service will be held at St. Helena Catholic Church, 120 S. First St., Amite, Louisiana 70422 on Friday at 10:00 am, with Fr. Mark Beard officiating.

Interment will follow at in Rose Memorial Mausoleum.
