Geraldine Prejeant Thomas

Geraldine Prejeant Thomas passed away on Wednesday, September 9, 2020, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 72. She was born on Wednesday, November 12, 1947 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Rosie Creppel Alford and Irving Prejeant Sr. and step-father Quitman Alford Sr. She was a resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.

Geraldine is survived by her sons, David Baize, Paul Baize, and Irving Baize; sisters, Shiela Alford Marcel and Linda Prejeant Baker; brother, Quitman Beau Alford; and grandchildren, Bryson, Dwayne, and Lindsay Baize, and 2 great grand children.

In addition to her parents, Geraldine is also preceded in death by her husband, Gene Thomas; sisters, Maryann Saplut, Rose DeMarco, and Charleen Dermody; and her brother, Jerry Prejeant and grandson David Baize III.

A celebration of Geraldine's life will be held at her home at 39515 Kraft Drive, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Saturday, September 12, 2020, beginning at 12:00 PM.
