George Steven Slaght

George Steven Slaght passed away on Friday, March, 20, 2026, at the age of 74. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, on August 24, 1951, and resided in Louisiana with his family since 1981. He is survived by his wife, Carol DeRusha Slaght, and daughter, Marilyn Slaght Guitreau, son-in-law, Kevin Guitreau, and grandchildren, John and Caroline Guitreau, as well as Elizabeth Slaght Kale, his sister. George was preceded in death by his parents, George Philip Slaght and Mary Ida Slaght.
