George Clarence Kemp

George Clarence Kemp, 77 years old of Hammond, Louisiana, passed on March 24, 2017 at the Richard Murphy Hospice House in Hammond.  He was born on Monday, February 6, 1940 to the late Lillian and Clarence Kemp.  George was married to the late Renee Lorena Mouledous Kemp.   He served in the United States Army.  George also was a member of the Pipe and Steamfitter's Local Union #60 for 50 years.  George was a generous man, donating too many charities including Wounded Warriors, Sacred Heart Association, Boys Town, National Wildlife Refuge and many more.  George also adopted Foster Children.  He was a "Fantastic" father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather.  

George is survived by his sons, Bill and Kirk Kemp; grandchildren, Brandi Kemp Windecker, Bryan and Chris Kemp; great- grandchildren, Addy, Kade, Joseph, Jordan, Shelley, Kyleigh, and Julianna; and sister, Sue Green.  

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond.
