Flora Bush

Flora was born July 11, 1940, in New Orleans, LA to the late Hall and Beulah Schilling Bush, and passed away at her home in Hammond, LA December 15, 2021, at age 81.  She was a retired clerk with the State of Louisiana, Health Department, and was a landowner and property manager.  Flora was a member of Jerusalem Baptist Church.  She is survived by her children, Lloyd Wilson Davis, III, Daphne Patrice Todd (Tray), and Jeffrey Duane Davis (Tonika); grandchildren, Chadrick, Desirae, Nevin, Brittany, and Amber; great grandchildren, Cade and Karlie; sisters Ida Lee Barnum and Carrel Hill; sister-in-law, Lula Mae Bush.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her siblings, Reuben Bush, Jacob Bush, and Rene Bush; and brothers-in-law, Ed Barnum and Paul Hill.  Visitation will be at Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery, 11109 Jerusalem Church Road, Hammond, from 1:30 p.m. until graveside services at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 18, 2021, conducted by her pastor, Dr. Phillip Weaver.
