Ena Deabreu

Ena Deabreu, also known as "Miss D", passed away on Sunday, July 24, 2022, in Loranger, Louisiana, at the age of 83. She was born on Wednesday, November 30, 1938, in Ida Sabina, Guyana, to the late Maud De breu and the late Joseph De breu. She was a resident of Loranger, Louisiana. Ena worked as a nurse supervisor at New Amsterdam Hospital, as well as a sitter at a local daycare.

Ena is survived by her daughter, Cindy David Moss, son & daughter-in-law, Troy David (Destiny), grandchildren, Delton and Brandon David, siblings, Yvonne Grovner, Venus Merchant, and Francis Deabreu, nieces, Candy, Lovern, Jem, Dawen, Mary and Yolandee, nephews, Jimmy, Anthony, Lester and Keith, great-niece, Nikki, great-nephews, Shaquiell, Scott and Mario, the father of her children, Patrick David, as well as numerous friends and close family

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maud and Joseph Debreu; brothers, Josey and John Deabreu; and her sisters, Julia Deabreu and Lena Reece.

The family would like to give a special thanks to her hospice nurses Ashley and Zy.
