Elizabeth Sandifer

Elizabeth Sandifer passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023, in Hammond, Louisiana, at the age of 88.  She was born on Wednesday, August 7, 1935, in Mississippi to the late Zelma and Homer Barfield. She was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana.

Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Brenda Gelleny (Mike); grandchildren, Jason Gelleny (Dani), Charlene Sandifer (Gregory), and Ray Sandifer (Mandi); great-grandchildren, Emalailne and Gregory Parish, Brythe and Rayden Sandifer

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James Thomas "Jim" Sandifer, Sr.; son, James Thomas "Tom" Sandifer, Jr.; grandson, Anthony Gelleny; and parents Zelma and Homer Barfield.

Interment will held at the Biloxi National Cemetery
