Elizabeth Lola DeBlois

Elizabeth Lola DeBlois (Beth), age 75 of Ponchatoula, LA passed away Thursday, October 16, 2025. She was born December 10, 1949 to the late Lloyd and Gloria DeBlois.

Beth will be remembered by friends and colleagues from her time with BellSouth. She was also known for her fondness of sewing. Even during her final days, she still felt motivated to finish up sewing projects that were still unfinished. However, nothing pleased her more than spending time with her “Greats”.

Beth is survived by her sons, Arthur Laurent, Robert (Bob) Laurent and wife Susan, and Christopher (Chris) Laurent and wife Beth; grandchildren, Heather Huber and husband Jeb, Holly Laurent and Trace Smith; and great-grandchildren, Brock Huber, Blaze Huber and Brylee Huber.

Beth is also survived by her brothers Lloyd (Chip) DeBlois and John DeBlois.

Beth was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Gloria DeBlois; brother, Robert DeBlois; and sisters, Kathy DeBlois and Margaret Borchers.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home Ponchatoula, 100 W. Magnolia Street, Ponchatoula, Louisiana 70454, on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 9:00 AM until the memorial service begins at 11:00 AM.
