Elizabeth Blackwell Harrison

Elizabeth Blackwell Harrison, of Holden, Louisiana, passed away at her home Monday, November 13, 2017 at the age of 80. She was born on January 26, 1937, in Ponchatoula, Louisiana the daughter of the late Clayton Blackwell and the late Inez Hoover Blackwell.

Elizabeth was a very beautiful and elegant lady. She loved antiques and decorating, especially at Christmas. She will always be remembered for her beautiful and unique Christmas trees.

Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, James Harrison; daughters, Claytonia Burns (Danny), Sabrina Anzalone (John), Monica Johnson (John), Bridget Fuselier (Billy), and Barbara Habibi (Bahman); 14 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.

Friends will be received Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 10:00 am until the Memorial Mass at 11:00 am at St. Margaret Catholic Church, 30300 Catholic Hall Rd. Albany, Louisiana 70711.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to be made to St. Margaret Catholic Church Capital Improvement Fund, P.O. Box 100 Albany, LA 70711.
