Elaine Blocker Williamson

Elaine Blocker Williamson passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2017, in Covington, Louisiana, at the age of 91. She was born on Wednesday, January 13, 1926 in New Orleans, Louisiana to the late Elenora Dennis Blocker and Walter Edison Blocker, Sr. and was a resident of Hammond, Louisiana. 

Elaine is survived by her beloved daughter, Linda Williamson Drake; granddaughter, Aliska Drake Fuller and her husband Todd; grandson, Ernest "Ernie" G. Drake, III and his wife Laura; her adoring great-grandchildren, Cameron and Brady Fuller, and Thomas John "TJ", Gabriel and Sawyer Kate Drake; brothers, Walter Blocker, Jr. and Paul Blocker, Sr.; and nephews, Gary and Linda Blocker, Darren "Timmy" and Wan Blocker, Paul Blocker, Jr., Christopher and Tammy Blocker, and Brandt and Christine Blocker. 

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 69 years, Thomas John Williamson; her parents, Elenora and Walter Blocker, Sr.; and her son-in-law, Ernest "Ernie" G. Drake, Jr. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, 34888 Grantham College Road, Slidell, Louisiana 70460, on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 10:00 am.
